Hail damage and your insurance claim, step by step.

The number one question homeowners ask Eric is how to handle the claim. Here is the whole process.

Do I have hail damage?

If you have an asphalt shingle roof and a hailstorm has come through, you have damage. Hail damage is very hard to see from the ground, so start with a free inspection.

Step 1: free inspection and photos

Eric gets on the roof, documents the damage, and tells you straight whether it is worth a claim.

Step 2: call your insurer together

Claims line on speaker, you and Eric. One consistent date of loss and one clear story, so there is no confusion later.

Step 3: the adjuster meeting

Eric meets the adjuster on your roof so nothing gets missed, then schedules your install.

Step 4: the build and your premium

On a Malarkey Class 4 rubberized asphalt shingle roof, Eric gives you an Insurance Premium Reduction Request Form with the final invoice, and your Malarkey warranty arrives in the mail within 90 days of completion.

What we never do

No outcome beyond the inspection and the estimate is ever guaranteed. If it is not worth a claim, Eric says so.
