Should you repair or replace your roof?

The honest answer depends on what is on the roof. Here is how Eric looks at it.

Start with an inspection

Eric gets on the roof, documents what he finds with photos, and tells you whether a repair makes sense or not, so you are not paying twice.

Hail history

If you have an asphalt shingle roof and a hailstorm has come through, you have damage. If one or two hailstorms have hit since the roof was installed, it is time for a free inspection.

Age

The average standard asphalt roof in Oklahoma lasts about 15 years.

Common repairs

Missing shingles, flashing, chimneys, vents, pipe boots, partial decking and gutters.

If it is a replacement

Typically 7 to 10 business days from deposit to finished roof, and you do not need to be home.
